Client: Desjardins General Insurances
In order to improve the quoting experience of its auto and home insurance, Desjardins Insurance is currently redesigning their online offering process for the end customers, so that he is autonomous in his journey, and the insurance agent. In this project, our work was oriented in the end customer journey at the level of car insurance. In addition to validating the experience and interactivity of the solution, we also analyzed the solution in terms of accessibility as to offer recommendations.
